Adventures –As I Design a Truck Tent
On my last excursion, I devised a plan whereby I could tent in the truck box
It was somewhat rough in appearance, but I loved the packability. Especially after hauling around a heavy truck camper. The model is slowly improving. I started with a frame.
A sun canopy provided an extra “roof” layer. Then, I the main Tent with zip open vinyl windowds. And a whole screenhouse to go over it.

I had cabinets built into the truck for convenient storage. They also serves as a bed, counter and dining table.
